Health & Wellness
I help healthcare, pharma, wellness, and life sciences teams clarify complex offerings, shape stronger messaging, and create digital experiences that build trust with patients, providers, partners, and internal stakeholders. My work spans brand development, content strategy, messaging, naming, and user experience.
InterbrandHealth
Led a global creative team across brand development, including story, innovation, positioning, communications, naming, and identity. Partnered with strategy, analytics, and legal teams to guide client recommendations and navigate regulatory and trademark challenges. Clients included Nestlé Health Science, Quest Diagnostics, Royal Canin, and Pfizer.
Penn State Health
Led engagement strategy for Penn State Health, shaping content and UX across all digital and experiential touchpoints. Oversaw the development of a cross-channel marketing campaign designed to speak directly to the unique needs of local communities, strengthening patient engagement and service awareness across the region.
Johnson & Johnson
Developed brand voice and verbal identity guidelines for Johnson & Johnson, helping define a clearer and more consistent approach to brand expression across communications. Also established an internal naming strategy for J&J’s Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability business unit, creating a more structured language system for organizing initiatives, improving clarity, and supporting stakeholder alignment.
Nestlé
Led content strategy and copy development for The Parenting Index, a Nestlé-commissioned study providing a new framework for understanding parenting today. Based on comparable, quantifiable data from parents in 16 countries, the index reflects diverse cultures, social norms, economic conditions, and geographies, creating a benchmark to track over time.
Landor
